European Specific Targeted Research Project HOBBIT: The mutual care robot
- 3-years project, started in 2011, under contract FP7-ICT-2011-7 ICT and Ageing,
- involving 5 universities and 2 industrial partners, and 1 end user organisation.

Within the Hobbit project, which was coordinated by Prof. Vincze, we are developing a service robot that should enable older adults to maintain independent living at home. I supported the project in all user-centered research activities, especially with the set-up of the evaluation framework for 3-week user trials in private homes in Austria, Sweden, and Greece. The project was awarded with the Houska award.
